What does the service include:
- Expert One Click Repair service, through our website www.easyservice.gr for registering the request , daily from Monday to Friday, 10.00-19.00 , except public holidays .
- Transfer of the device from your site and delivery to ours. Pick up the device to the scheduled appointment time 10.00-17.00 Monday to Friday, transfer to specialist laboratories of EasyService, exhaustive technical inspection , damage costing , customer information and return the equipment.
- At least 3 months warranty on all repairs .
- Repair all over Greece .
- Stable and affordable price list.
- Repair from skilled, certified technicians .
- Online monitoring for the development of your request.
- Notify and update on the progress of repair via SMS or email.
- Assessment of damage , update and upgrade to latest software - firmware ( software) (where provided) .
- 24 hours test , stress test with various benchmarks on your device .
- Cleaning device both internally and externally.
- Test all inputs and outputs of the device .

 Cost of repair :
 The cost of your repair includes :
    - Check and Transfer (if implemented) if the client does not agree with the cost of repair . If you agree with the cost of repair there is no charge for the technical control and transportation.
    - Cost of repair work
    - Cost of Spare parts (if needed )


 Terms and conditions:
    - The service can be used as many times as necessary until the product is classified as EOS by the manufacturer or can not find the necessary parts .
    - Each request is only valid for a separate product (Notebook, Netbook, Tablet, Smartphone, Console, ...) to be accounted for separately requests per device and update the customer separately and in detail for each.
    - In any case there will be a written or telephone briefing for the repair costs . In case of non acceptance of repair, there will be a charge of transport costs 6,00 € including VAT (for devices up to 4 pounds ) ground transportation from the customer site to EasyService upside down . In some cases there is the possibility for a minimum charge of technical control , based on the current retail price list EasyService. (In any case inform the consumer ) .
    - Instant update on the state of repair of the machinery available to site: http://easyservice.gr/el/Pages/Index/21/
    - The packaging for shipping the machine is the sole responsibility of the customer and the EasyService not cover any damage caused during transport if and when it is found that the package was not appropriate. We suggest the customer to make proper and well protected packaging .
    - Activation of the service is an application to http://easyservice.gr/el/Account/RepairRequest 24 hours a day or by calling phone 2103004040 ( business hours ) , quoting the model and serial number of the system whom the particular service .
